What is your "DIY Candle" service?

It's a unique experience where you can either choose a vessel you love (a favorite mug, vase, etc.) and we'll craft a candle inside it, or select from our base options to create a fully personalized scent and design.

What kind of vessels can I use?

Most heat-resistant containers like ceramic mugs, thick glass jars, or metal tins work perfectly. We advise against using containers with plastic elements or sentimental value that could be damaged by heat.

For safety and quality, we do not recommend to use containers that are:
✘ Not heat-resistant: Thin glass, certain plastics, etc.
✘ Highly valuable or antique: We advise against using irreplaceable heirlooms.
✘ Improperly shaped: Very narrow-necked vessels can pose a fire hazard.

What materials do you use for your candles?

We use natural soy wax for a clean, slow burn, premium fragrance oils, and lead-free cotton wicks to ensure a safe and high-quality experience.

Is it safe to burn a candle in my own container?

Absolutely. Our process ensures the finished product is safe. However, always place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface and never leave a burning candle unattended.

How long does a custom candle order take to process?

Custom and DIY orders require additional care. Please allow 7-15 business days for production before shipping, as each one is made specially for you.
