Where does Senbary ship?
Senbary ships to 35 countries:

  • North America: Canada, Mexico, United States
  • Europe: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden
  • Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
  • Asia: Cambodia, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan
  • Middle East: United Arab Emirates

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and production before your package ships. Delivery times vary by destination. You will receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way. It would generally take 7-15 business days for shipping. 

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders above USD $35.
Orders under USD $35 are subject to a nominal shipping fee.


 

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer full refunds within 14 days of delivery for any unused and unburned candles in their original packaging.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

· Candles that have been burned or used.
· Final sale items.

However, Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@senbary.com within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the product and its packaging. We will gladly send a replacement or provide a refund. 

For all returns, please initiate the process by contacting our customer care team.

    Please note:

    Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. mistyped address)—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.

     

    Exchanges

    What's your exchange policy?
    We don't have a formal exchange program. If you'd like to exchange something for a different colour or size, we treat it like a return. Then you can place a new order on our webshop for the item you'd like to receive in exchange.
