Orders under USD $35 are subject to a nominal shipping fee.

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and production before your package ships. Delivery times vary by destination. You will receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way. It would generally take 7-15 business days for shipping. 

All shipments have tracking numbers. We will send you a tracking number by email after your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Please note:

Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. mistyped address)—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.

 

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer full refunds within 14 days of delivery for any unused and unburned candles in their original packaging.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

· Candles that have been burned or used.
· Final sale items.

However, Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@senbary.com within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the product and its packaging. We will gladly send a replacement or provide a refund.
